as far as better is concerned, pgdm are 1) aicte appr. & accredited 2) industry indorsed 3) can go 4 future studies 4) can work in pvt and govt sector. eligibility mba - state level exam is req. & pgdm - mat / cat + grad % >=50.

Bro IMT Ghaziabad is one of best college n it accepts high CAT Score. It has no comparison with other colleges in Delhi/NCR which are accepting MAT score.

MBA is a Degree Course affiliated by Universities and PGDBM is a Post graduate diploma in Bussiness Management which will be Autonomous course by a particular college. Management course is all about a good college from where you are doing your course. In Today's Scenario you can look for a PGDM degree which must be Affiliated by AICTE, this course is Industry oriented n after doing it you can seek admission in Both Govt. n Non Govt. Organisations eventhough in Govt. banks too.
