The problem is I have uploaded my btech percentage without using conversion formula. I thought that my college didn’t have any conversion formula but today I went to my college to collect long memo and found out that there is a conversion formula and my overall percentage is reduced by 3%. What can I do in this case.
Memo printing got delayed due to covid and I was posted in Chennai during same period while my college is in hyderabad.
Kindly suggest actions to be taken from my side.

Could you please tell the difference between registration date and reporting date mentioned in the offer letter?I need to decide my last working day so I need to know the exact date that I have to report to the college.

The date of reporting will be 16th to 18th July 2022
Orientation is scheduled from 19th July to 23rd July 2022. Although it
is highly recommended to attend the orientation events, including DPGC
meetings, still it is not mandatory. The mandatory thing is academic
registration which is scheduled for 26th July 2022. Considering these
variables you may plan your journey.

Your CAT percentile and scores are within the requirements for the call.
The final merit list will depend on candidate’s performance in GD/PI. Candidate pool also keeps on varying every year. You have a fair chance of getting a call, but the same cannot be assured.

Based on your CAT scores, you have a good chance of getting a call. However, it will depend on the candidate pool as well, so same cannot be assured.

My Overall CGPA is 8.04 which is equivalent to 72.90 % based on CGPA to Percentage conversation formula provided by Nagpur University.I don’t have overall maximum marks and Obtained Marks. What should I fill in Overall Maximum Marks and Obtained Marks in Graduation Marks section?

You can convert your SGPA/CGPA into percentage using your institute’s conversion criteria and use that for filling in the marks details.
