What is the expected movement of wait list according to last year stats?
What is the basis of rejecting a candidate ? Is there still any chance of getting admission if waitlisted student don’t accept offer.

This is with reference to my MBA Admission offer letter dated 02-May-2022, I have been selected for MBA program at IIT Kanpur for 2022.
I would like to understand the withdrawal/cancellation process of admission post submitting the fees. It is mentioned in the offer letter that withdrawal request have to be submitted to the undersigned on or before 23rd May 2022. For the same, I wish to ask whether the request has to be send over an email (to [email protected]) or we shall have to send it through speed post/registered post attaching the request letter and bank account details?
Kindly help me in this regard.

Regarding the withdrawal procedure,
Rupees 1000 will be deducted as a part of processing fee and the rest will be refunded only if you submit your request by May 23, 2022.
For the refund please mail your request to
[email protected] keeping [email protected] in copy
The last date for accepting the offer and payment is 12 May 2022, EOD(please don’t wait till night as the server might be jammed)
