The first edition of Startup Expo was held by IIM Rohtak at Pragati Maidan in February 2019. The event was flagged by Dr K.G Balakrishnan, Ex-Chief Justice of India and Mr Ramesh Agarwal, Mentor, Agarwal Packers and Movers in the who acted as the Chief Guests for the inauguration ceremony. In the event, a sum total of 50 startups participated, of which, 40 Startups setup Stalls in Exhibition, and 10 Startups took part in the IGNITUS PRO pitching session in front of investors. More than 30 Investors graced the event, with investing firms including Kalaari Capital, Matrix Partners, Succeed, Indian Angel Network, etc. Also present were more than 50 mentors, each with more than 10 years' experience in their respective domains. In addition to the above attractions, 3 Panel Discussions were held: I)Boosting the startup ecosystem through coworking & co-learning, with Mr Venkatesh Sarvasiddhi (Country Director, Deloitte), Mr Ankush Grover( Operations Lead-Innov8)And Mr Sanil Sachar (Co-Founder, Huddle) participating as the panellists. II)Role of Entrepreneurship in stimulating economic growth, with Mr Satish Kumar Rehlan (GM, PNB), Mr Dhruv Sehra (President, Kairos Society) and Ms Monika Prasad (CEO, Allkonnect) as the panellists. III)Technology & Innovation driving entrepreneurship in India with Ms Preksha Kaparwan – CMO, RealBox Analytics, and Mr Pankaj Jain – Founder, IRE CFO Services acting as the panellists. Lastly, an immensely informative workshop titled Zero To One was conducted by Priyanjit Ghosh, IIM Raipur alumnus that demystified all aspects of business and helped students in taking their ideas from ideation to reality. When is the next list of converts coming?
@Diksha_Rao will today the final lists of phase 1 come out , like whether they hv converted or are still in the wait list and their updated wait list number ?
I was waitlisted in phase 2 and showed my interest by paying the waitlist willingness fee. Can I withdraw somehow from the process if I am not willing to join and if I do so, will I get a refund on the waitlist fee?

@Diksha_Rao we have been waiting patiently for our wailtist number since 14th ,can you please tell us the specific date on which we can expect our wailtist numbers, you earlier told us it would be monday ,its Tuesday and we are still not informed about our wailtist no. kindly provide us with a specific date ! I wish you had a more smoother/transparent process like udaipur and kashipur.
