What is this data form for? I'm confused what to give in recommendation? Fresher
Any more waitlist mails coming out tommorow or after 13th May ??? I have not received mail as of now.Should I consider it as a rejection??
Some years back, I bought a smartphone for Rs 10K and the seller (I think Sangeeta) offered attractive free gifts worth Rs 5K. A few days later I received a mail that they are ready to deliver the gifts provided I pay them Rs 5K as delivery charges!
The Rohtak waiting list fee of Rs 20K (not refundable if you get admission in another institute and hence reject Rohtak if offered) sounds like much the above model ... arouse the curiosity of people and make them pay for their decisions!
Guys read their refund policy . They have mentioned to submit 10000 for willingness to be considered for waitlist....but now they are asking for 20000. This is really a bad management from an institute like this ......how can a person pay 20k without any knowledge of their chances of conversion . Seniors plzz explain ur own refund policy ...

First, the 20% weightage to diversity, and then literally extorting Rs. 20000 from helpless students. IIM Rohtak should be ashamed of what they have done to their admission process. I can now understand why it is the worst of all the 6 new IIMs even after being the first one among them to be established and in spite of being in Delhi-NCR. Terrible college. I would feel more comfortable in giving the CAT again than joining this IIM Rohtak Girls College.

There's just one simple question which is not being answered. If a candidate wants to withdraw "waitlist willingness", is full refund applicable in this case as the offer is not made by IIM Rohtak till that time?
Please note that candidate is still waitlisted. For example, candidate pays 20k to confirm waitlist willingness but the next day he/she wishes to withdraw due to some reason. Here there's no convert or second list released.
Nothing has been mentioned in the email regarding this case.

Can someone please tell me what would happen if i pay 1.5 lakh for accepting the offer and want to withdraw after May 18? In the mail that has been sent, it is mentioned that 20k will be deducted if i withdraw before 18th and no money will be given when we withdraw after June 29th. What about the period b/w May 18 and June 29th? Please someone let me know, as I can't lose 1.5lakh if i withdraw after May 18th. Losing 20k is atleast ok even if it's difficult, but we ought to know what happens if we want to withdraw after May 18, so that we can pay in peace.

Saw several comments from adcom members justifying the money demand on basis of speeding up the process... But don't you ppl think that you could have given a week or so for this so that other IIMs could have declared results and there wouldn't be such ruckus and heated arguments? Hoping for a logical reply from adcoms?
IIM rohtak anf its adcom seems to have developed an ego issue. They cannot digest some bright students rejecting them.
