I have received the admission offer letter by IIM Rohtak but I am not able to find the Offer Acceptance Form. Can anyone please guide me the navigation of the form?

In the Academic Records section of the form, the semester marks have a column for aggregate cgpa of each semester. Can anyone please tell me what that means?
Just for clarification By 5 PM today, we've to send an email for confirmation. And by 13th May, we can fill all the data and also submit the initial amount. Anything else?
Can anyone send me the forms where we fill out sex change applications and also caste change applications? ... *Sigh* The things I'm actually planning to do to get a good education. *Smh*

Frankly, the senior students who "coordinate communication" here (and in all other IIM Group pages on PG) in this group have no more information than any of us. Their role is to "keep the conversation going, get a mindshare of the aspirants for their institute, try to build a positive image, clear some very general doubts. Otherwise, they are as much in the dark and as helpless as any of us
