Hi Dosto, since much content is not available about the NICL exam ,so based on the information collected from various sources I analysed the exam pattern of the Exam:
Reasoning:
More or less it is going to be of like the pattern followed in SSC Tier(1) resoning which is mainly consist of :
Analogy (both word based and numerical).
Odd pair (both word based and numerical).
Box containing some number, you've to find missing number.
Ranking, missing characters etc.
Typical coding decoding (PEAR written as GFDN then REAP is written as..).
Sitting arrangement (line, table and circular).
Blood relations (mom-dad-father in law)...............

The NICL AO Exam paper leak was just a propoganda...insurance sector is going to be a booming sector thats why the paper was ok this time since NICL is conducting for the other 3 GIC companies...guys who made it this time will be lucky..believe me rumour mongers..cheaters will always cheat with their leaky and tricky rumours...

Re: Written Examination held on 08/09/2013 for the post ofAdministrative Officer (AO)Consequent upon holding of the Recruitment Examination on 8th September, 2013 for thepost of Administrative Officer (both Generalist & Specialist disciplines), the management of 4Public Sector General Insurance Companies had received complaints and representationsfrom various quarters alleging occurrence of incidents that were apprehended to prejudicethe interests of some bonafide candidates. On receipt of these representations/complaints,the management had constituted a Fact Finding Committee, headed by a retired GeneralManager of one of the Public Sector General Insurance Companies to verify the veracity of theallegations after examining the facts, circumstances and evidences collected by them in thisregard. After examining the matter in totality, the committee came to conclusion thatdisruption of examination in 4 centres in Patna city was an incident in itself that wasapprehended to have vitiated the sanctity of examination held at other centres also. Hence,for the purpose of fairness and natural justice it has been decided to declare the saidexamination as invalid.In view of forgoing, it is felt that a fresh written examination be held for both Generalist &Specialist; disciplines in lieu of the said invalid test (08/09/2013). The fresh examination isproposed to be held on 15/12/2013 & 22/12/2013 for all the candidates except thecandidates who were debarred during the examination held on 08/09/2013.Further details shall be communicated to all concerned in due course.Inconvenience caused to all concerned is sincerely regretted.
