thanks Rooney. could you add 'describe the panel' - will give us an idea of how soon the panel changes and their nature - friendly, hostile, emphasis on acads etc?

first group i.e 9-10 slot had following two topics for GD

now coming to mine
we had 10 students
only 3-4 boys out of seven were in complete formals..rest were in causals nd jeans :O
we had two topics
1.democracy is halting indias progress
2.madness called media
we all chose the second one
a girl started and went on for some time.others also entered.i tried to speak but just couldnt get my chance.i remained silent for like 2 min.then finally got my chance.everyone was talking about how good media is and all that,i started with the negative impacts.whole discussion changed.later i made a point abt TRP stuff..again the whole direction changed.it was a fish market for 2-3 min.everyone was speaking over nd over.i made 5-7 valid points.then panelists stopped us and asked the ppl who didnt speak at all to say something. they said just a few words.again fish market.again judges interfered and asked others to talk something.2-3 boys were silent till then and it was like 9 min over by then.one boy started in english and ended in hindi.
judges then asked to conclude..
i concluded and it was finished
over a good one
PI was good
we got the same profile sheet as last year.i had prepared well for all answers in that.
there were 2 panelists- a man in late 50`s and a lady in late 30`s.

Does Proforma G means Work Experience Certificate ?
I am currently working in Cognizant ,what Documents are needed to get Work Ex marks.
I mean:
1. I have Appointment Letter
2. Joining Letter
3. Passing Marksheet (Engg.)
4. Company's Bonafide Letter
But I dont have Work experience certificate as such,because Still i am working there.
