Hi Swetha,
Wales is not really well rated even in the UK. Have you written GMAT? In case you feel this is the best option available for your profile, go ahead and join Wales. At least it is AMBA accredited and would give you a two year UK Work Permit.
Most of the good UK universities only have a September/October start for MBA program.
