With yours Rank above 500 GNDU main Campus and Punjabi University main campus Patiala looks tough.PCTE Chances are 50-50.Gyanjoti institute(GJIMT)Chandigarh is good option.Chitkara is also there.To be honest going to any other institute will be not good.

Else do go for Lovely University.

i have got 85.75 %tile in mat may 2010 ..nd hav a graduation %age of 72% in enginering ..can i get admission in pcte ludhiana through mat?and how many students appear for punjab met??what rank must 1 hav to get into pcte or punjabi university patiala??

With 85.75%tile u will easily get into Pcte.. But confirm abt placements from seniors first........

One of mine friend is there but he's in international business he's not getting gud job but he was saying companies coming for marketing n finance so u should confirm from some senior there.. 😃

i m also preferring gndu or punjabi university bt in case i dnt get gud rank in punjab met i m jst making a safe edge with pcte ludhiana

could u plzzzzzz ask ur frnd that wht rank did he got in punjab met or mat??

actually the seats in pcte under mat r very less so i m a little wried tht wheter i would get admission or not..

As far my knowledge he got selected on met basis but i will confirm once..
your score is gud you will get in pcte....
Gndu and punjabi univ r also gud options....
If you had given Cat and your score is around 65-70 then try for Pau ludhiana this time around 5 seats r vacant its te best option in punjab....

i had jst given mat very casually ...none of ma frnds hav given it ..

after seeing d result i didnt even knew dat my score is gud or bad...bt after reading threads on dis website i found dat its quite good..
