IILM University hosted a guest lecture by Mr. Salil Lal, Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Maruti Suzuki India Ltd, in which he talked about
‘What lies beyond’…what students can expect in the corporate world after completing their UG and PG education, and what they should prepare for.
A brief overview of Mr. Salil’s corporate journey and life experiences in various organizations was shared.
He has worked in Tata Steel, Electrolux, Good Year, Ingersoll Rand-India, & CAPARO and is currently with Maruti Suzuki.
He also touched upon the Maruti story. The journey he has seen over a decade of challenges and how the company has negotiated those challenges.
