As part of the MOU with Red Hat Academy, School of Computer and Systems Sciences organized a guest lecture cum hands-on session on 17/01/2020 on Machine Learning for the students of MCA and BCA. The session was divided into two parts.
The first session by Mr. Rajat Goyal, senior Technical consultant of Grass solution and Cloud Expert lasted for about an hour. He introduced the students about the Red Hat Academy Courses, Importance of Red Hat Certification, Job Prospects and Q&A’s session. The second session was addressed by Mr. Sachin Yadav, who is a Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) and Red Hat Certified System Engineer (RHCE). He is well versed with Python, R, Linux Administration, Cloud Computing, Database Management System, Wrangling and Data Warehousing, Big-Data Technologies, Machine Learning, System Automation, Web-Scraping, API Design knowledge, Data Management, Network Development and Administration, Web Development, Troubleshooting and Debugging. He addressed the students about recent trends in Machine Learning and its applications. The lecture proved out to be immensely beneficial and educating for the students.
In the valedictory session Dr. Harvir Singh, Director thanked Red Hat Academy and Mr. Sachin for such an enriching lecture.
As per the MOU with IBM, School of Computer and System Sciences, Jaipur National University organized the three days workshop by IBM on “Machine Learning using Artificial Intelligence” from 27th - 29th January 2020. Students of BCA, MCA and B.Tech-CS participated in it. The workshop started with the inaugural ceremony and Dr. Blessy Thankachan, Assistant Director, School of Computer & Systems Sciences, welcomed the gathering and presented the floral greeting to the guest. It was followed with the technical session and Mr. Sandeep Tomar, SME from IBM Noida delivered his energetic lecture. He started his lecture with the introduction of AI. He then taught machine learning using Python and the implementation of Linear Regression Algorithm. He also introduced the concepts of Neural Networks. The sessions were very interactive and hands on training were conducted for the students. The workshop was specifically meant for the students to gain in-depth knowledge in Artificial intelligence and machine learning. Dr. Harvir Singh, Director felicitated the expert in the valedictory session.

Objectives:
A sterile processing technician is someone who cleans and sterilizes used surgical instruments and other medical supplies so that they can be safely redistributed and reused on additional patients. This work is usually centralized in a special department of the medical facility.
Without medical sterilization technicians the Patients would not receive necessary surgeries. And many more people would lose their lives from preventable infection or untreated medical conditions. Their work impacts nearly every department within modern hospitals and surgical centers.

An anaesthesia technician is an allied healthcare professional. Their main task is to assist Doctors/Surgeons during surgery, by administering appropriate dose of anaesthesia and operating anaesthesia equipment whenever required.
They can be seen assisting Doctors/Surgeons in Intensive Care Units (ICU), Emergency wards and departments and Operation Theatres. Largely, their task is pre-operative. Anaesthesia technology course trains students in aspects such as anaesthesia equipment, anaesthesia techniques, anaesthetic agents and dosage, patient monitoring, anaesthesia supplies and anaesthesia technology.
