PaGuy has a point.. But I generally dont care much about the place I have to sleep.. Have slept in the past on 1st bench also.. Anyway, with a group of 31, we'll fight for our cause and change this rule. Changing this rule will have some definite advantages such as:
1) You can sleep with the person you like. (This is the one to die for! Ain't it ?)
2) You dont need to remember your seat ! (Phew ! That'll be a great relief to me)
3) You can be well acquainted with the prof. and yet miss his/her class with ease and a good proxy-server is the only requirement then.
4)If someday your mood is bad and you want to have an argument with someone, seats might as well provide the reason..

And more advantages will be in picture once we have this freedom..

Hey I'm a commerce grad and CFA from A'bad. Any idea how many commerce/CA/Fin background poeple there are in our batch?...wow!! feels nice to have a sense of belonging when calling it 'our batch'!

im not completely sure but i know of 3 more eco grads who've got through this year and about 3 from srcc (commerce or eco grads)...so we can add 6 to the number of our non engg batchmates :)

quite a few commerce grads this year! i'm pretty sure they dont have these many every year...so may be we just timed our entry into IIMA to perfection!
