hi mate. what level r u at?
if u r at level 1, ive found the material more than enough. in fact the cfa material is so comprehensive that it can be used for other courses. a friend of mine is using icfai eco books to study economics.also the workbooks and the kind of sums given are comprehensive and follow a logical order.
my 2 cents.

dont worry dude, take one thing at a time and follow the logical order of the textbooks. im sure ull do it. infact u have an advantage, the novelty factor, coz this wud be a whole new world for u.
the cfa cfa books are crisp and precise. if u wanna know more, send a pm to tumtumbahi. he will be really helpful and he has done mcom in business eco. he will know a about whole lot of books.also find if there is some site dedicated to eco. im sure there must be.
btw are u working at present or doing cfa fulltime with some other course?

Yes me doing CFA. CFA is extremely challenging and hard working.Qualities like goal setting, maturity, focus etc are needed to ace exams. There are 32 papers + case studies. CA, ICWA i think have 16 subjects.
MBA is a lifetime decision. Think yourself. You are just 22 and do you think NDIM is worth. I am not sure about NDIM fees but being a private institute i am assuming 3.5 lakhs +. One thing i can tell with surety- The kind of jobs you will get after NDIM, you can get better and decent profile after CFA and you end up paying 60000 for CFA.
I graduated B.com hons in 2003. One of my friend , all of 20 years and 6 months old joined Amity business school. In 2005, he graduated and as expected got a opening as marketing executive in bajaj allianz insurance earning 1.2 lakhs p.a. Life can be hell not only at the job front but to add further there are study loans to be repaid.

Decent except Macro economics. Lot of numericals came from National income chapter and LM/IS framework. They were not direct questions and needs application of concept. 2 lessons which i learned from Exams:
