will not be exact 7.5 yr............but around 7.7 or 7.8 something...
Somebody expalin a foolproof method for this Q..As it is not the stereotypical one...
@Brooklyn

no yaar ....
1->902*902
1->615*615
2->287*287
7->41*41

required only 11 ......i think there must be some typo error as said by @sscjindabad ans may be 814..
catch u later...

i think ans is 7+1/2 years
I think this is the ans of a difrnt question..

we will be back after some time. in a meeting 😞

can any one tell me how to solve this type of problems .....

1)the perimeter of the an isosceles triangle is 2p units then the area of te same triangle is?
2)the least value of 4cosecc^2(x)+psin^2(x)? are there any special formulae to solve this kind of probs if so please tell me.
3)area of trapezium formed by x axis ,y axis and the lines 3x+4y=12 and 6x+8y=60 is?

thanks in advance.....

@Dusky

yaa sry my mistake i didn`t see that question....

Kindly try them wid log and before exam learn values of log 2 and log 3.. Dat wil be more than enuf I guess..
log 2 =0.3
log 3 =0.48

Use them n u'l get the ans..

isme it is mentioned the least number of tiles to pehle hcf nikalo dimensions ka
@mr.seven

1.p^2/12rt3

2.8p

3.just find x,y-intercepts then use area of quadrilateral 1/2{(x1-x3)(y2-y4)-(x2-x4)(y1-y3)}

if ans for1st &2nd correct then i will tell my sol

sorry my mistake. the tiles should be of equal size.

hmm.........lets try yr.

length and breath z 1517 and 902 cm resp

now largest tile would be HCF of both i.e 41

no of tiles = (1517*902)/41^2 = 814.........

where u r referring typo error yr....??

if we take 1+r/100=x

x^3=2=>r=100(cubert2-1)

x^n=6=>so (2)n/3=6

log6base2=n/3

1+log3/log2=n/3

@JS-M

i posted a sol for 11square tiles of un equal size ....so ans is 814 when the question contain squares of equal size....

actually it is not mentioned that the tiles should be of equal size. so min number of tiles will be 11 jisme sab tiles square hongi but of different sizes

@nellorereddy options for the first one were a)(3-2(square root of 2))p^2

b)(2+square root of 2)p^2

c)(2-square root of 2)p^2

d)(3-(square root of 2))p^2

and for the second 14 10 11 12

@sscjindabad
5. What is the least number of square tiles required to pave the floor of a room 15m 17cm long and 9 m 2 cm broad?

Given dimension 1517cm x 902 cm.
GCD of 1517 and 902 => 41
means the maximum size of a square can be 41cm*41cm.
When the square is maximum then we will get least no.of squares.
Therefore, no. of squares incorporated in the Rectangle
= (1517*902)/ (41*41)
=>814

@jindalsaw

i just take sides 1, 1,rt2 so 2p=2+rt2 area =1/2=2p/4+2rt2

yr it took me too much time to find H.C.F of 1517 & 907.... ur view
