Hey puys...update on how ur preps are goin naaa? ... dont let this thread die...

I bought Norman Lewis - "Word Power made easy" yest. VA screwd it this time , so plannin to initially conctrate on verbal and later on Quant...

Haven resumed preps as such . hoping to start off in Feb.

@joe: preps okay-ish...iift PI on 31st, so focussing on dat ryt nw..
PS: for VA, i thnk solving RCs nd grammar qstns myt b a better optn dan Norman Lewis bcoz can dsnt focus on vocab as such, its more of verbal analysis typ... 😃

Havnt read papers for some time now.... so now I am reading like crazy

If u r reading that book, then take a note book and keep on noting the root words that you come across and its meaning and from where it is derived...... write it as 3 coloumns..... it may help u later to refresh ur memory.... 😃

I took it on sunday 😛 ,first one after CAT2011 AND the rustiness showed

actually the test i took was not an AIMCAT.... instead it was an AIMTEST... Somehow or the other i am able to take the new set of tests even though i am a CAT 11 STUDENT.

nEWEZ.. well i guess the "real" aim cats start may end or early june.

Call up the TIME office and get yourself enrolled. I guess it will come to around 1.5k...Check the TIME website.

@joe, iimlover: u guys can also have a look at the test funda test series. Their test standards are pretty good and they come quite cheap too. Most importantly, the analysis is much better than either time, cl or ims.
