As the CAT results are out, all aspirants might be busy with the GD/WAT/PI. So, I'm sharing my experience with the MANAGE Selection process for batch of (2016-18) so that you guys can have a rough idea about process.

First process is WAT: "Sustainability of agriculture in recent times"
I've attempted average 6/10
Then groups will be divided from attended people(40 people attended for process that day, so 8 groups of 5 people)
GD topic: Does every Indian should say "Bharatmata ki Jai" (A raging topic at that time)
Put forward some good points, spoke only one time 7/10. Good thing is at ending everyone will be given a chance to summarise the discussion
Extempore: A short Spot presentation.
Got 2 min to look at topic "Guns should be banned or not" (Current affair topic)
