If you are looking for something equivalent to MBA, HR is the only course you should apply to. Rest of the programs are in social work and healthcare services.
No one can predict the cut-off as of now. It depends on various factors like difficulty level of the paper, pool of applicants etc.

No one in my batch had applied for the combination you have mentioned. As I said earlier, it becomes SLIGHTLY DIFFICULT to justify when you apply to very different programs.
From the limited knowledge that I have of MPH-SE, it's a really good program and it is being offered by very few institutes in India. So that gives you an added advantage.
The good news for you is that my room-mate himself is pursuing MPH-SE. So will ask him to help you out. You can also talk to him if you wish so. However, the bad news is that he has gone to his home-town for some work and would be back after 3-4 days. So, you will have to wait till then

The programs offered by TISS are amongst the most economical ones in India. If I talk about HR, our total fees for the two years combined would be less than one lakh rupees 
TISS is a UGC-funded institute. So, the fee structure is not revised as frequently as it is done in self-financed institutes. And even if it is revised, you can imagine the raise. It won't be too high to afford

no.. you have to purchase them.. but i suggest you instead of going for these magazines, just read newspaper and keep in touch with current affairs. and for more, use internet.

I have done my BPT last year and is appearing for HO/HE/MPH-SE this time.
I know its too early to ask about the placements and all but cant help asking you.
Can you just say an Yes/No if i ask you whether the median salary for the above 3 programs touch 6L per annum?
Atleast a simple Yes or No will do :)
