MHT-CET Engineering 2025 Exam Pattern
According to the MHT CET exam pattern, the question paper will include 20% weightage from the class 11 syllabus and 80% weightage from the class 12 syllabus. The exam will be conducted online as a computer-based test (CBT) and will consist of multiple-choice questions (MCQs). There will be three papers:
Paper 1: Mathematics
- Total Questions: 50
- Syllabus Distribution: 10 questions from the class 11 syllabus, 40 questions from the class 12 syllabus
- Marks per Question: 2 marks
- Total Duration: 90 minutes
- Negative Marking: None
Paper 2: Physics and Chemistry
- Total Questions: 100 (50 questions from Physics and 50 questions from Chemistry)
- Syllabus Distribution: Each subject will have 10 questions from the class 11 syllabus and 40 questions from the class 12 syllabus
- Total Duration: 90 minutes
- Negative Marking: None
Paper 3: Biology (for Pharmacy candidates only)
- Total Questions: 100
- Syllabus Distribution: 20 questions from the class 11 syllabus, 80 questions from the class 12 syllabus
- Total Duration: 90 minutes
- Negative Marking: None

MHT-CET Engineering 2025 Syllabus
The Maharashtra CET Cell has released the MHT CET 2025 Syllabus in PDF format. The syllabus covers topics from class 11 and 12 in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology. Candidates applying for BTech courses must take the Mathematics paper, while those applying for BPharma must attempt the Biology paper.
