Before applying for GUJCET 2025, candidates must ensure they meet the specified eligibility criteria. Applications from ineligible candidates will be rejected.

According to the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, the eligibility requirements for GUJCET 2025 are as follows:

• The candidate must be an Indian citizen and a domicile of Gujarat.
• Candidates must have passed Class 12 or an equivalent examination from a recognised board.
• For Pharmacy courses, candidates should have studied Physics, Chemistry, and either Mathematics or Biology as main subjects.
• For Engineering courses, candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as main subjects.
• A minimum of 45% marks in Class 12 is required (40% for reserved category candidates).
