Mysore University Admission Process
Mysore University is the first university that was established outside the British Administration in India. Being one of the oldest universities it carries a heritage value along with the modern education system with an ancient touch. This university is the education centre for 3,500 students.

Admission Highlights
- Admission to the undergraduate courses candidates must pass HSC examination with the relevant subjects from a recognised university. Admission to the B.A.LLB, B.ComLLB and B.P.Ed courses depend on the marks secured in the 10+2 examination but for B.P.Ed course the candidates must qualify Physical Efficiency test. For B.Arch and B.Planning course a valid NATA score is mandatory.
- For Diploma and Certificate courses also passing 12th examination is a must.
- To secure a seat in any of the postgraduate courses the willing candidates must have a graduation degree in the relevant stream with a minimum of 45% marks. The final selection is done on the basis of the entrance examination. Mysore University pg admission is purely merit-based. - For getting admission in any PhD courses, the aspirant needs to pass a master degree in relevant stream with a minimum of 55% marks. The final selection is entirely based on a merit test followed by an interview.
