Anderson School of Management Campus & Residence Facilities

Anderson School of Management is a private business graduate school located in the northern part of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) campus. It comprises four buildings: Mullin, Cornell, Entrepreneurs, and Gold, and is home to approximately 2,000 students.

Anderson provides both on-campus and off-campus housing options. University-owned apartment spaces are available to students at affordable rates. For students arriving for the first time, short-term accommodations are available at UCLA Guest Houses, but reservations must be made in advance.

All residence halls and apartments are fully furnished and equipped with basic internet services. Graduate students have the following housing options:

  • Single graduate students can reside in complexes like Rose Avenue, Venice Barry, Weyburn Terrace, and Hilgard Apartments. Room types include single, double, and suite-style accommodations. Weyburn Terrace costs around 18,000 USD, while Hilgard studio apartments are approximately 19,500 USD.

  • Married graduate students can choose to live in University Village apartments, which offer single, double, and triple-bedroom units.
