St. Joseph Degree and PG College offers Bachelor’s in Science, Commerce, Business Administration and Arts in an array of disciplines. For B.Sc courses candidates must have Higher Senior Secondary Certificate in Science stream with at least 50% marks. Candidates applying for B.Com, B.A and BBA must have passed class 12th with CEC/ MCE/ MPC/ BiPC as main subjects and must have scored 60% aggregate marks. Admissions to all the courses are merit based. For Bachelor’s in Mass Communication & Journalism, candidates must have studies English in class 12th and the marks of same will be considered for admissions.

St. Joseph’s PG Admissions 2023
The institute offers Master’s in Computer Applications, Business Administration, Communication & Journalism, Commerce and Finance & Control. Admissions to MBA and MCA are based on Integrated Common Entrance Test (ICET) conducted by State Government. For MCJ, MFC and M.Com, candidates will be selected on the basis of the entrance exam conducted by Osmania University (OUCET). Candidates applying for MBA and MCA must have completed graduation in any stream with at least 50% aggregate marks. Such applicants must have studied Mathematics as one of the compulsory subjects in class 12th. For admissions to M.Com and MFC courses, candidates must hold Bachelor’s in Commerce with Accounts & Economics and minimum 50% aggregate score.

- 30% seats for MBA and MCA will be reserved as Management Quota seats.
- Candidates with a valid score in any of the National level Management Entrance test (CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT) are eligible to apply for MBA and therefore are exempted from the State level entrance exam.
Application Procedure 2023
- Applications for admissions have to be submitted offline.
- For offline applications, students can visit the admissions office of the institute.
- Alternatively, candidates can visit the official portal of St. Joseph Degree and PG College.
- Select the program of application (undergraduate/ postgraduate) under ‘Admissions’ tab at the home page.
- Select ‘Application Form’ link. Click on ‘Download Application Form’ link.
- Get the print of the application form and fill the mandatory details.
- Attach the self attested copies of following documents along with the application form:
- SSC Mark sheet
- HSSC Mark Sheet
- Graduation Mark sheet
- Caste certificate
- Transfer Certificate
- Any other certificate, supporting the claim for reservation (non creamy layer, physically handicapped)
- Baptism Certificate & Letter from Parish Priest (only for Catholic Students)
- Family photograph with names of family members
- Application form along with the required documents should be then submitted to the college.
