Eligibility and admission requirements

STEP 1 – Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to be eligible to apply:

  • A minimum 2.1 honours degree* from a UK university or equivalent international academic qualification from a comparable international institution.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant work experience, assessed by submitting a detailed CV at the time of application.

*For candidates with extensive relevant professional experience, we may accept a lower second-class degree or equivalent where judged to be appropriate. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

English Language Entry Requirements

  • UK applicants and nationals from countries on the UK government’s list must have the equivalent of a GCSE Grade 5/C in English
  • All other non-UK nationals must have:
    • a minimum score in one of the tests in the table below; or
    • a degree from a UK university of the equivalent from one of the countries on the UK government’s list.

Step 2 – Application

Submit your application online.

Applications are considered on a rolling basis. The sooner you apply, the better your chances of being selected for an upcoming intake.

Note: You do not need to indicate your choice of specialisation at the application stage. You may choose your specialisation up to a month after the programme commences. Our academic and corporate relations staff are available to help you make an informed decision.

Step 3 – Aptitude Test

You must obtain a minimum score in one of the following tests:

  • You may apply even if you have not taken the aptitude test or your scores are pending. However, you will be shortlisted for further evaluation only after you have submitted a final test score. We will consider the best score from the tests detailed above.
  • You may still be considered for further evaluation and interview if you do not meet our aptitude test score requirement. This is subject to the decision of the Registrar.

Step 4 – Evaluation

Applicant shortlists are based on the following criteria:

  • Personal statement which outlines how the course supports your career aspirations
  • Past academic performance and other achievements
  • Past work experience
  • English language proficiency score (for international applicants only)
  • Aptitude test score

Step 5 – Online Test & Interview

If shortlisted, you will be asked to complete the final steps of the application process:

  • Undertake an online case study
  • Attend an interview with a member of our academic staff in London or at the campuses of our exchange partner, SP Jain Global. You may also complete the interview online. You will be assessed on your communication skills, analytical skills, aptitude and subject knowledge.

Step 6 – Results

Our Admissions Office will notify you of the outcome of your application within 14 days of your interview.

Executive MBA
