SOIL Gurgaon provides a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) specialising in Business Design. The program is designed to cultivate innovative Business Design leaders who are attuned to the needs and requirements of stakeholders.

Eligibility for SOIL Gurgaon PGDM:

• Applicants require a valid GMAT/CAT/XAT/NMAT score, along with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks during graduation and at least 2 years of work experience.
• All candidates must take the GMAT/CAT/XAT/MAT exams.
• Freshers and those with less than 5 years of work experience can apply.
• Multiple examination scores may be submitted, with the institute considering the best score.
• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised institution is necessary, regardless of the graduation type or stream.

• Complete the Online Application form.
• Provide your details to create an account. Upon completion, you will receive a unique account ID and password. Utilise this information to log back into your account and finalise the registration process.
• Input all necessary information, including academic, personal, and work experience details.
• Input the registration details for CAT/XAT/GMAT and upload the scorecard (if applicable).
• Upload scanned photographs as per the specified requirements.
• Make the application fee payment online. The fee for the PGDM program is INR 2000.
• Submit the application form.
• Print both the application form and acknowledgment slip for future reference.
• During the application process, select a date for the “Design Thinking Workshop” round.

SOIL Gurgaon PGPM Eligibility

To qualify for admissions into the PGPM HR program, applicants need to meet the following requirements:

• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised institution with a minimum aggregate of 50% in graduation.
• Attainment of scores exceeding 60% in 10th and 12th Standard Examinations.
• Preference is given to candidates with relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated aspiration to become a future HR leader.
• While not mandatory, possessing valid CAT*/NMAT/GMAT/XAT* scores is advantageous for PGPM-HR applications as it adds weightage to the applicant’s profile.

SOIL Gurgaon PGPM Admission Process

• Submit an online application and pay the application fee.
• Receive a detailed profile evaluation summary within 72 hours after completing the application form and submitting an updated resume.
• Shortlisting of candidates based on overall profile, academic performance, and relevant work experience.
• Notification of shortlisting through email/SMS to registered contact details.
• Undertake the SOIL Talent Appreciation Test (STAT) assessing leadership potential, reasoning and ideation potential, relationship building potential, and self-leadership potential.
• Participate in a Personal Interview with a faculty member and a senior industry representative, discussing background and program alignment with future plans.
• Receive selection results within 4 weeks, followed by payment of INR 2 lakhs to secure the seat within 10 days of result announcement.

• Fill in all required information, including academic, personal, and work experience details.
• Include the contact information of two recommenders, with one from your professional background, as mandatory preferences.
• Compose the required essays within the designated fields of the application form.
• Select preferred dates for the STAT (Soil Talent Appreciation Test) and interview sessions.
• Enter the registration details for CAT/XAT/GMAT/NMAT (if applicable) and upload the corresponding scorecard.
• Upload scanned photographs according to the provided guidelines.
• Make the online payment for the application fee, which amounts to INR 2000 for the PGPM program.
• Submit the completed application form.
• Retain a copy of the application form and acknowledgment slip for future reference.
