Saveetha University provides postgraduate programs including Master of Engineering (M.E.) and Master of Technology (M.Tech) with a duration of two years. Additionally, an Integrated ME/M.Tech program is offered for a duration of 6 years.

To be eligible for admission, candidates must possess a B.Tech or B.E. degree in the relevant discipline. The final selection is based on the marks obtained in the entrance exams, namely TANCET (Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test) or CET (Common Entrance Test) conducted by Anna University & Consortium of Self Financing Professional, Arts and Science Colleges in Tamilnadu.

Applicants with a valid GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) score can apply for direct admission. Selection for these candidates will be based on the marks obtained in the GATE examination.
