Sagar Institute of Research and Technology (SIRT) was established in the year 2003 in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. SIRT is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV), Bhopal.

Sagar Institute of Research and Technology offers B.Tech program of 4-years duration and 6 specializations, M.Tech of 2-years duration with 4 disciplines, and MCA & MBA program each of 2-years duration in its curriculum.

To get admission in any UG and PG program offered by SIRT, candidates have to apply online for DTE, Counselling.
Candidates who have passed 10+2 in Science stream are considered eligible to get admission in B.Tech course.
Students who hold BE, B.Tech in any specialization with minimum 60% marks or have MCA degree are eligible to apply for admission to M.Tech course.
Admission to MCA Degree is given to those students who have Graduation Degree in any discipline with Mathematics at 10+2/ Graduation level.
Students with Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University are considered eligible for admission to MBA program.
Candidates are admitted to B.Tech course on the basis of their JEE Main and merit in the qualifying examination. Admission is given through DTE Counselling.
Admission to M.Tech course is given through DTE Counselling on the basis of candidate’s GATE and merit of the qualifying examination.
Selection of the candidates for MBA admission is done based on their score obtained in MET conducted by Vyapam or CMAT and admission is given through DTE Counselling.
Candidates who have qualified Pre-MCA Test conducted by Vyapam are shortlisted for admission to MCA program.

Sagar Institute of Research and Technology offers B.Tech program of 2-years duration with 8 specializations and total intake for 840.

Applicants who have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized Board and have also qualified JEE Main are considered eligible for admission to B.Tech program.

Those candidates who have qualified JEE Mains are given admission on the basis of JEE Mains merit through DTE Counselling. However, those students who have not qualified/appeared in JEE Mains are admitted to the program on the basis of their merit in 10+2 through DTE, Counselling.

SIRT also gives direct admission to the eligible candidates through College Level Counselling conducted by SIRT as per the instructions of DTE, MP.

Sagar Institute of Research and Technology M.Tech, MCA, and MBA Admission 2023

Admission to the M.Tech program is given on the basis of their valid GATE score and marks obtained in Post-Graduation Degree course. Selection of the candidates is done through DTE, Counselling. Whereas, admission to MCA is done through Pre-MCA test conducted by Vyapam. Candidates are admitted to MBA course through MET held by Vyapam or CMAT conducted by AICTE.

Those who hold BE, B.Tech or MCA Degree with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University are eligible to apply for admission to the M.Tech program. Applicants with Bachelor’s Degree in any specialization and Mathematics in 10+2/ Graduation level are eligible for admission to the M.Tech program. Similarly, applicants with Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline are considered eligible to get admission in MBA course.

Candidates have to apply for DTE, Counselling conducted through MP Online to get admission in any UG and PG courses offered by SIRT. Visit the website of DTE, MP Online and do the online registration for counselling to participate in it and lock your choices.

Click on “Online Counselling registration” link
Select your course and click “counselling” link.
Enter the necessary details and complete the registration.
Upload the asked documents for verification
Fill up your choices and lock it.
On successful allotment of seat visit the reporting center to complete the admission formalities.

Application Fee

Pay the counselling registration fee through DD or Net Banking whichever method is suitable.
