NIMS University provides scholarships to the deserving students. A brief about the various scholarships available at NIMS University is mentioned below:
NIMS University Scholarships
(Scholarship shall be applicable for only first year fee)
- Minimum 20% scholarship will be provided to students.
- 20% Early bird scholarship upto 31st August 2021.
- One student can apply/avail only one scholarship scheme.

Prof (Dr.) Balvir Singh Tomar Merit-Based Scholarship
(for Programs after 10+2 on the basis of approved board)
The scholarship will be offered to the candidates of class XII, 2021, who meet eligibility as per the program as given below:
- 100% Scholarship – 94% aggregate and above
- 75% Scholarship – 90% aggregate and above
- 50% Scholarship – 80% aggregate and above
10% additional scholarship will be awarded for the candidates whose parents are in Defence services and it is an application on over and above of the scholarship earned on the basis of Merit-based scholarship except those who have earned 100% and scholarship earned on the basis of NIMS UNIVERSITY Common Scholarship cum Entrance Examinations. This additional 10% scholarship is applicable for both UG and PG courses.
Scholarship for Specially Abled Candidates
A scholarship of 50% will be offered to all candidates who have more than 40% disability in both UG and PG programs. Such candidates are required to submit the proof of the same at the time of admission and a scholarship will be offered after due verification.
Prof (Dr.) Balvir Singh Tomar Merit-Based Scholarship for Programs after Graduation
Scholarship will be offered after joining the program on verification of original documents.
- 100% Scholarship – 94% aggregate and above in Class XII and 85% in Graduation
- 75% Scholarship – 90% aggregate and above in Class XII and 80% in Graduation
- 50% Scholarship – 80% aggregate and above in Class XII and 75% in Graduation
- 25% Scholarship – 75% aggregate and above in Class XII and 70% in Graduation.
- 20% Scholarship – 70% aggregate and above in Class XII and 65% in Graduation
Scholarship Admission for programs after Graduation on the basis of NIMS UNIVERSITY Common Scholarship cum Entrance Examinations.
- 50% Scholarship- 95% and above
- 25% Scholarship- 90% and above
- 20% Scholarship- 85% and above
- 10% Scholarship- 60% and above
An additional 10% scholarship is also applicable for all candidates taking admissions in PG courses as mentioned above who belong to Defence and appeared in any State/national Level entrance examination. Scholarship for NIMS Alumni 50% Fee concession is offered to only NIMS students, who continue their higher education at NIMS Universities with a maximum gap of two years.
Note:
- Only for those whose Class XII percentage is less than 70% and graduation percentage are less than 65%.
- The scholarship will not be applied to Diploma Paramedical, Nursing, Pharmacy and Architecture programs offered at NIMS.
- The scholarship is only offered on the Tuition Fee.
- All students will deposit the Examination Fee at the time of examination, purchase the uniform kit as applicable and subscribe to mandatory club fees.
- All students who have been offered scholarships on the basis of NIMS University Common Scholarship cum Entrance Examination, such scholarship is eligible for the upgrade in case candidate aggregate percentage in qualifying exams meet the criteria as mentioned in Prof (Dr.) Balvir Singh Tomar Merit-Based Scholarship. Such students are required to submit an application and a valid copy of the result.
