National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR) Pune Admission 2019:

National Institute of Construction Management and Research, Pune is a non-profit educational institution offering courses that promote education, training, professionalism & research. The institute was constituted in 1984 and recognised as “Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (SIRO)”.

NICMAR offers full-time postgraduate level courses in areas like Construction Management, Project Engineering and Management, Real Estate Management, Infrastructure Management and allied areas. It also offers part-time Post-Graduate Program in Management and four Executive programs.

  • Admissions to regular Programs are made by NICMAR Common Admission Test (NCAT) followed by Personal Interview & Rating of Applications.
  • A candidate may also submit valid GATE / CAT / GMAT / CMAT for admission to full-time PGP courses.
  • Application to these courses can be made in online & offline mode.
  • Minimum eligibility is to have a bachelor degree in relevant or allied areas.
  • Aspirants applying for PGPM & Executive programs can do so by directly applying at the institute in online or offline mode.
  • The institute offers need-based and merit-based scholarships to eligible candidates.

Quantity Surveying and Contract Management (HSEM) Candidates must have bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any specialization
or Diploma in Engineering in any specialization with minimum 50% aggregate marks and at least four years of experience.
Management of Family Owned Construction Business (MFOCB) Candidates must have Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks and belonging to a family having construction business.
Contemporary Smart City Development and Management (CSCDM) Candidates must have Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks. Work experience will be an added advantage.
