CONSULTANCY AND MDP
The Institute offers consultancy services & Management Development Program (MDP) under a separate wing as Professional Innovation Development Center (PIDC) under the able guidance of Prof. R. S. Ganapathy & Dr. Saroja Asthana. Consultancy services are ranging from Training, Pilot Study, Research & Surveys.
MIBM-PIDC, Management Development Programs a 2-3 days highly focused programme designed for both Contemporary Managerial Skills Development and Attitude Transformation.
PIDC conducted 2-3 days residential MDPS for Marketing Executives of INDIA POST at campus on Influencing People and Selling Services. Similarly, series of MDPS on Inspirational Leadership and Customer Relationship for Managers/ Assistant Managers of Cosmos Bank. The programs were found very productive and appreciated by participants and respective companies.
Our proposals at BSNL and MSEDCL are under active consideration and we are expecting the batches in coming year.
RESEARCH
Our Founder Director Dr. Saroja Asthana is author of several highly reputed research papers. Recently published in IJRSI. She has contributed to Nobel Peace Prize 2007 to IPCC. Her contribution was also appreciated by Hon. Prime Minister of India in 2007.
