Teaching Assistantships:

• Teaching assistantship of Rs 15,000 PM will be available to full-time PhD scholars, for three years, along with a Contingency amount of Rs 10,000 every year.
• A few selected M. Tech Final year students may be awarded teaching assistantship of Rs.5000 PM, based on the recommendation of the Department.

Fee Waiver/ Scholarships

• 30% fee waiver in tuition fee, if the candidate is either State Champion or has participated at recognised Nationals/ All India Inter-University level sports competitions.
• 60% fee waiver in tuition fee will be allowed, if the candidate has won Silver/Bronze Medal at recognised Nationals/ All India Inter-University level sports competitions.
• 80% fee waiver in tuition fee will be allowed, if the candidate has won Gold Medal at National /All India Inter-University (AIU) level sports competitions.
• 100% fee waiver of tuition fee will be allowed if the candidate has represented the country at recognised International level sports competitions.
• The Committee will process applications for the fee waiver under sports quota constituted for this purpose.
