Admission
Admission Procedure:
The University Admissions is a multi-stage process involving the filling up of the admission form, entrance exam, creation of merit list, displaying of results on website, physical counseling before culminating in the final Admission to the institution of choice.
1. Admissions are made purely on merit basis.
2. The Admission Committee exercises fair discretion based upon the academic performance in qualifying examination available at the time of admission, subject to the condition that the candidate fulfils the eligibility criteria. It is sole responsibility of the candidate to meet the minimum eligibility criteria for admission by the cutoff date mentioned and no relaxation in minimum eligibility criteria is granted.
3. As per guidelines of Regulatory Bodies, original certificates are not retained in MREI and the same are returned to the candidates on the spot after verification.
4. MREI encourages cashless admissions.
IMPORTANT STEPS FOR TAKING ADMISSION
• The process starts with the filling-up of online application form (Application Fee is non-refundable). wherein the candidate is required to fill in all required details including choice of programmes he/ she wishes to opt for.
• Manav Rachna National Aptitude Test (MRNAT): Eligible students are called for (MRNAT), wherever applicable. The candidates are suitably informed through email/ sms/ phone.
• Program wise Merit Lists are prepared as per eligibility criteria stipulated in the Admission Brochure
• Candidates are called for physical counseling (as per their rank in merit list) on scheduled dates along with requisite documents and 1st semester fee.
• Once the admission is approved, the candidates pay applicable fees through Demand Draft/Credit or Debit Card/ Bank Transfer. They are, thereafter, issued with Admission letter and temporary Identity Card.
• Admitted students can then opt for Hostels and transport.
• Admitted students report to Institutions as per dates specified in the Admission Calendar.
• Classes commence with the orientation program.
• Candidates are advised to minutely go through the calendar to see applicability of test for the programme opted for.

Note 1: The eligible students of this programme who successfully completes the 1st year of MRIIRS BBA programme the specified stream will receive credit towards Bachelor of Business Programme offered by Waikato Management School of University of Waikato, New Zealand.
Note 1a: BBA (Banking and Financial Markets) is conducted in association with Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). One course in every semester is delivered by BSE experts.
Note 1b: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)- Digital Marketing in association with Upgrad, Industry professional from Upgrad will be imparting teaching of total six courses during entire 3-year program with internship facility and assistance for placement and obtaining professional certifications.
Note 1c: Auckland Institute of Studies, New Zealand provide curriculum and accreditation support for BSc IT and BBA-(Global) International Business of MRIIRS. The students admitted in these programmes shall undergo 4-week study abroad programme/ internship at AIS Auckland, New Zealand as a part of their programme.
Note 1d: The eligible students under this programme shall have a provision to proceed Nottingham Trent University (NTU), UK in 2nd year directly with transfer of credits of all courses/subjects studied at MRIIRS and complete the rest of their programme of Bachelor of Business at NTU with award of their degree of Bachelors of Business. And we have 3+1 progression route also, upon successful completion of NTU course, applicant may progress to 1 year master program

Note 3:
The students articulating into the AUT programme will be required to take the specifically stated courses through MRIIRS over the first 2 years of study of B.Tech Civil Engineering, equivalent to 240 NZ points. Entry into the AUT programme will be dependent on the CGPA attained by the MRIIRS student, at one of three entry points as described below.
Total study points in AUT will be 240, 300 or 360 depending on entry CGPA.
– If CGPA at MRIIRS is > 8, then entry at AUT will at Level 7 – Direct into start of 3rd year. This will be a genuine 2+2 articulation and student will have to earn another 240 points at AUT.
– If CGPA at MRIIRS is between 7 and 7.9, then entry at AUT will at Level 6 – Direct into second semester of second year of AUT This will be a 2+2.5 articulation and student will have to earn another 300 (240-60) points at AUT
– If CGPA at MRIIRS is between 6 and 6.9, then entry at AUT will at Level 5 – Direct into start of second year of AUT This will be a 2+3 articulation and student will have to earn another 360 points at AUT.
Note-4 :
The eligible students under this programme shall have a provision to proceed to Purdue University North West (PUNW) USA in 2nd year or in 3rd year directly with transfer of credits of all courses/subjects studied at MRIIRS as per mapping of the courses and thereafter can complete rest of their programme of B.Tech at (PUNW) with award of degree of PUNW, USA.

With Intel, this programme provides an opportunity to the students to learn the insights to the most important technologies driving the modern world namely Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things. Students will be given 360 degree exposure to various INTEL Hardware and Software platforms that are used in Industry for AI and IoT development. Curriculum designing in consultation with INTEL Experts will provide an opportunity to the students to acquire the latest skills in these cutting edge technologies using Intel Intelligent Systems Lab through INTEL experts. Students will get an opportunity to work on INTEL Xeon Processors, INTEL Parallel Studio Software, Intel System Studio Software, INTEL AI development Tools, INTEL AI Software Libraries, INTEL Frame Work Optimization, Movidius Neural Compute Stick and INTEL FPGA Boards. In the IoT Space, the students will get to learn about INTEL Galileo, INTEL Edison Boards along with other popular boards like Raspberry Pi and Arduino for designing IoT Systems. Note-7: This programme is offered in association with Mitsubishi Electric India Ltd. as a knowledge Partner: Mitsubishi Electric India has set-up an Advanced Factory Automation Lab and its Centre of Excellence. The center has world class infrastructure with latest iQR set up including: Q series Programmable logic Controller (PLC), Servo, Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), Graphical Operational Terminal (GOT) 2000, X-Y Plotter, FX Kits, Robot Simulator setup with with six axis joint &240 degree in either direction which is the First Robotics Lab set up by MEI in the north India and SCADA Software for monitoring and analysis. M.Tech Automation & Robotics will enable students to serve the Industry requirement for implementation of new and smart technologies covering methods of synthesis, analysis & optimization of newer robots and mechanisms. The initial job functions in the field include- Robotics Engineer, Robotics Wielding, Mobile Robotics, 3D Robotics, and Robotics Engineer at E-commerce Giants amongst others. WSU, Australia provides academic support in terms of course details and delivery during the first year of this programme at MRIIRS through the faculty members of WSU Australia.
