Candidates who have applied to LIBA will undergo a shortlisting process based on their CAT 2020 / XAT 2021 scores. If an applicant has taken both CAT and XAT exams, LIBA will consider their best available test scores for shortlisting purposes. Following the initial shortlisting based on these scores, applicants will be invited to participate in the final selection round (PI Round) at specified centers.
Performance in the Personal Interview (PI) will carry significant weight in the final selection process. Group discussions and interviews will take place in various locations including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, New Delhi, Kolkata, and Chennai, or may be conducted online depending on the prevailing COVID situation.
In the final selection process at LIBA, evaluation will also consider academic performance, particularly the number of academic year arrears. Per the admission policy, LIBA does not admit candidates with more than two arrears.
The final selection criteria at LIBA will also take into account factors such as the quality of work experience, academic profile, and achievements among others. Admission offers at LIBA will be based on a holistic assessment including CAT/XAT scores, past academic performance, work experience, and performance in the GD & PI Round.
Candidates who successfully pass the above rounds will be notified of their admission status via SMS and email.
