In the 2024 placement season, LBSIM saw participation from 102 recruiters, offering an average salary package of INR 12.24 LPA, with the highest package reaching INR 16.67 LPA. Additionally, 38 Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) were secured by students based on their internship performances. Prominent recruiters included DE Shaw & Co, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, Bain & Co, Darashaw, Asian Paints, and Airtel, among others.
A total of 59 prominent recruiters participated in the LBSIM Placements 2024, offering 38 PPOs. The Research & Consultancy sector was a major recruiter in this year’s placement drive. Notable recruiters included Deloitte, KPMG, Infosys, Airtel, Darashaw, Gartner, Wipro, Wilmar, and Capgemini, among other industry leaders across various sectors.
During the LBSIM Summer Internship Placements 2024, the highest stipend recorded was INR 1.5 Lakhs, with an average stipend of INR 42,460. Additionally, there was a 35% increase in the number of new recruiters participating in the internship drive.
