JBIMS Mumbai successfully concluded its 2024 placement season with a 100% placement rate. A total of 55 recruiters, including 12 international firms, participated in the process. Around 140 students secured placements, with 73 students receiving PPOs through their internships. The highest package offered was INR 87.12 LPA, extended by an international firm, while the average package stood at INR 27 LPA, reflecting a decline from the previous year.
The 2025 Summer Internship Placements for the MHRD batch (2023-25) have also been completed. The highest stipend offered was INR 4 LPA, while the average stipend stood at INR 82.1K. Students were recruited for roles such as HR Business Partner, Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, among others. The BFSI sector accounted for the highest number of offers.
