ATMA 2025: Registrations are now open, with the application deadline set for February 4, 2025. The exam is scheduled for February 16, 2025. For more updates, visit the official website: atmaaims.com.

CAT 2024: Results were declared on December 19, 2024. Candidates can download their scorecards using their CAT ID and password from the official website: iimcat.ac.in.

XAT 2025: Registration for MBA/PGDM admissions is ongoing, with an extended deadline of December 10, 2024. Admit cards will be available from December 20, 2024, and the exam is scheduled for January 5, 2025.

CMAT 2025: Registrations are open until December 25, 2024 (9:50 PM). The exam will take place on January 25, 2025, and admit cards will be released on January 20, 2025. Apply at: cmat.ntaonline.in.

Admission applications for JIMS Rohini are processed online, and candidates can apply for PGDM and Fellowship programs through the institute’s official website. For UG and MCA courses, applicants are required to visit the GGSIPU website. Eligibility Criteria for PGDM at JIMS Rohini

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is mandatory.
  • For PGDM, a minimum of 60% marks in Graduation is required, and for PGDM-IB and PGDM-HR, a minimum of 55% marks in Graduation is necessary.
  • Candidates with relevant work experience are eligible to apply.
  • Working professionals are also welcome to apply.

Note: To be eligible for the PGDM (General) program, candidates must secure a minimum of 60% marks in the qualifying examination.

Jagan University Admission Criteria PGDM

The selection process relies on one of the following entrance exams: CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, or GMAT. Shortlisted candidates are invited to participate in Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds. The final selection is determined by considering the entrance test score, academic history, Personal Interview, and Group Discussion performance. Successful candidates receive notification through email.

Eligibility Criteria for JIMS Rohini PGDM-Working Professionals:

  • Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks.
  • Candidates engaged in their own start-up ventures or involved in a family business post their Graduation are also eligible to apply.

Selection Criteria for JIMS Rohini PGDM-Working Professionals:

  • Initial shortlisting is determined by evaluating past academic performance and work experience.
  • Shortlisted candidates proceed to a Personal Interview conducted by a panel of experts from both industry and academia.
  • Final selection is based on a merit list that considers the entrance test score, work experience, previous academic performance, and PI scores.
  • Admission Offer letters are communicated to the selected candidates through E-mail/Post.

Note: In the case of candidates sponsored by their organisation for the program, submission of the authorisation letter is required at the time of admission.

Admission for Undergraduate Programs at JIMS Rohini in 2025

JIMS Rohini Sector-5 provides undergraduate programs including BBA, BCA, and BA Economics (H), all affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. These programs have a duration of 3 years, organised into 6 semesters.

Eligibility Criteria for BBA and BCA at JIMS Rohini Undergraduate Programs.

Applicants are required to have secured 50% marks in the best four subjects, including English and any compulsory subjects, in their 10+2 examination from a recognised board.

Note: Individuals with a 3-year Diploma in Engineering and 50% marks are also eligible for admission to the BCA program.

Eligibility Criteria for BA Economics:

  • Candidates should have successfully completed 10+2 with Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects.
  • A minimum of 50% marks at the 10+2 level is required for eligibility.

JIMS Rohini UG Selection Criteria

  • Candidates are shortlisted by the institute based on the IPU CET conducted by GGSIPU.
  • For BA Economics (H), selection may also consider the merit secured in the written test.
  • Shortlisted candidates are required to participate in the Counseling round, conducted by the university at its campus.

JIMS Rohini MCA Admission 2025

The MCA course, spanning 2 years, is affiliated with GGSIPU. This program establishes a robust foundation in the fundamentals and core concepts of Information Technology, with a particular emphasis on web and networking concepts.

Jagan University admission criteria (Eligibility) for JIMS Rohini MCA:

Applicants should have a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or a 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale (45% marks or a 6.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale for SC/ST candidates) in B.Sc. / B.Sc.(Hons) / BCA / BIT / B.Voc. (Computer Science/ Computer Applications) with Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the subjects.

JIMS Rohini MCA Selection Criteria

  • Selection for MCA at JIMS Rohini is determined by the merit secured in NIMCET conducted by the National Institute of Technology or IPU CET.
  • Shortlisted candidates are required to participate in the Counseling round, conducted by the university at its campus.
  • During counseling, students need to pay the counseling fees, complete registration, and indicate their choice of college and course.

This AICTE approved doctoral course has a duration of 3 years. Admissions for FPM are conducted twice a year, with the program commencing in January and July annually.

Eligibility Criteria for JIMS Rohini FPM:

Applicants aspiring for admission to the FPM program must hold a Master’s degree or PGDM or its equivalent in any relevant field with a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent grade point average.

Selection Criteria for JIMS Rohini FPM:

The selection process for FPM is determined by the following criteria:

  1. Academic qualifications and work experience
  2. Tentative research proposal and its presentation before the Selection Committee
  3. Personal Interview

Financial Support for FPM:

  • The fellowship program offers financial support of INR 25,000 per month, which is disbursed after the completion of the course for two years or upon the submission of a thesis, whichever occurs earlier.
  • All selected students with Indian nationality qualify for the JIMS fellowship.
  • Additionally, students have the opportunity to avail themselves of the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) provided by the UGC.

Admission Process at JIMS Rohini for 2025:

The admission process at JIMS Rohini is conducted through both offline and online modes. The following steps outline the procedure for admission:

To Apply Online:

  3. Fill in the application form with accurate details.
  4. Make the payment of the application fee, which is INR 1000/-, choosing either the DD or Online option.
  5. Finally, submit the completed application form.

Mode of Payment:

Applicants have the option to pay the application fee either through online mode using Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card or through offline mode using a Demand Draft. The Demand Draft should be made in favor of “Jagan Institute Of Management Studies” and payable at Delhi.

Note: Applicants are advised to write their Name, Phone Number, and Registration number on the back of the Demand Draft.

For Offline Mode:

Aspirants can obtain the application form from the institute’s campus by remitting an application fee of INR 1000/-.
