Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA) Scholarships

IRMA offers over 80 scholarships totaling INR 3.17 crore to its students. Here are the scholarships available at IRMA, Anand:

IRMA Scholarships: IRMA provides 20 merit-based scholarships worth INR 1.17 crore for students of the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Rural Management). Out of these, 10 scholarships are awarded to the general pool and 10 are exclusively for female candidates. The scholarship covers up to 50% of the tuition fee. In the first year, scholarships are awarded based on the overall merit in IRMA’s admissions process, and in the second year, based on academic performance (CGPA).

Mirae Asset Foundation Scholarship: MAF offers 6 scholarships annually, with 3 scholarships awarded to second-year students and 3 to first-year students. Each scholarship amounts to INR 5 lakhs per student per year, with the amount evaluated and decided annually.

SC Scholarships: Fully covers the education costs for SC candidates, including tuition fees, non-refundable charges, lodging and boarding expenses, books, stationery, and a personal computer. These scholarships are allocated by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India.

ST Scholarships: Provided for ST students by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India.

IDFC First Bank MBA Scholarships: Offer financial assistance of INR 1,00,000 per annum to meritorious students from economically weaker sections pursuing an MBA or equivalent studies at selected Indian Business Schools, including IRMA Anand.

Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) Scheme: Available as per AICTE rules at IRMA Anand.

Educational Loans: Various banks offer educational loans to IRMA students at favorable interest rates and student-friendly pre-payment schemes.
