Scholarship at IIIT Delhi

Scholarships and fellowships are available to UG, PG, and Ph.D. students at IIIT Delhi. For B.Tech students, there are two types of scholarships available: merit-based and income-linked fee waivers. The institute provides a monthly stipend to M.Tech and Ph.D. students based on their academic performance.

Scholarships for B.Tech students based on merit:

Candidates with JEE Main scores less than 2000 are eligible for the chairman's merit scholarship. Such applicants are eligible for a scholarship of INR 1.25 LPA for four years; in this case, a student must maintain a CGPA of 8.5 or higher to be eligible for a four-year scholarship. The income-linked scholarship is not available to these candidates.
