Indian Institute of Plantation Management, Bangalore was set up in 1993. It provides Postgraduate (PG)and Postgraduate Diploma & Certificate programs in various fields of Management. It also provides Fellow Program in Management (FPM).
- For various courses, candidates should obtain a graduate degree under any discipline securing at least 50% marks in aggregate.
- Selection to MBA program is by CMAT or PGCET.
- For Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), the candidate with valid CAT/MAT/ATMA/CMAT scores can apply.
- For Fellowship Program candidate should have done Post graduation from any discipline with at least 55% marks.
- For selection to Fellowship Program candidates having valid CAT /GMAT /GRE /UGC-CSIR-JRF/NET (not older than five years) in a relevant area of specialisation are called for group discussion and personal interview.
- For Certificate program in Tea Testing and Marketing (TTM) candidates will be selected by interview, psychometric test and blind (sensory) test (if required).

Indian Institute of Plantation Management, Bangalore MBA and PGDM Admission 2018
It offers a two-year full-time MBA program & PG Diploma courses. Candidates applying should be a graduate (10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern) under any discipline with at least 50%
marks in aggregate from a recognised university.
- Selection to MBA course will be made by CMAT or PGCET score. Candidates who appear for PGCET entrance exam, admission will be through KEA counselling. Shortlisted candidates will be called for Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI).
- Candidates applying to PGDM must have a valid score of CAT /MAT/ ATMA/CMAT exam. Selection will be by academic record, test scores, writing skill, group discussion and personal interview.

Indian Institute of Plantation Management Certificate Program Admission 2018
It offers Professional Certificate Program in Tea Tasting & Marketing (PCP-TTM) and Agri-preneurship. Minimum eligibility for
TTM is a graduate degree in any discipline with 50% aggregate. For Agri-preneurship, the candidate should have diploma/Post Graduate (PG)-diploma/ degree in Agriculture or allied subjects.
For PCP- TTM, candidates will be assessed on the basis of Personal interview, psychometric test & blind (sensory) test on tea tasting, if required. Selection to Agri-preneurship will be based only on personal interview(PI).
