Scholarships offered by IIM Nagpur
- IIM Nagpur offers two main categories of scholarships: Merit-based and Need-cum-merit-based scholarships, detailed below:

- A limited number of scholarships are granted to eligible students at IIM Nagpur. The institute offers scholarships to only 20 students, comprising 10 for merit-based and 10 for need-cum-merit-based categories.
- Recipients of these scholarships are granted a full waiver of the tuition fee for the entire two-year program. The scholarship policy is subject to annual revision and the updated details are made available on the official institute website.
Scholarships offered by the Government of India
The Government of India offers special financial assistance schemes, including the following:
Merit Cum Means Scholarship for Professional and Technical Courses:
- This scholarship is available to students from minority communities (Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists, Jains, and Parsis/Zoroastrians).
- Students must have at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade in their previous final examination to be eligible.
- Additionally, students with an annual family income of less than INR 2.50 lakhs from all sources are eligible to apply for this scholarship under IIM Nagpur scholarships.

Scholarships for Top Class Education for Students with Disabilities (SwDs)
Popularly known as CSS Scholarships for Students with Disabilities (SwDs), these scholarships are initiated by the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Government of India. They aim to provide financial assistance to students pursuing undergraduate, postgraduate, or diploma studies.
Eligibility:
- Students pursuing undergraduate, postgraduate, or diploma studies at notified institutions of excellence in education are eligible to apply for the Top Class Education for Students with Disabilities (SwDs) scholarships.
- Students must have a disability of more than 40% and possess a valid certificate for the same.
- Applicants must have an annual family income of less than INR 6,00,000 from all sources to be eligible for the Top Class Education for SwDs scholarships.

Top Class Education Scheme for SC Students
This scholarship, offered by the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India, is available to SC students. It is awarded based on their annual parental income from the previous financial year. Candidates interested in applying must have a gross family income not exceeding INR 8,00,000.
National Fellowship and Scholarship for Higher Education of ST Students
These scholarships are provided by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India, to ST students. They are awarded based on the annual parental income from the previous financial year. The maximum income limit for eligibility under this scheme is INR 6,00,000. There are no restrictions on the number of slots based on the institute, state, or stream.
Complimentary Scholarships at IIM Nagpur
Some complimentary scholarships available to students at IIM Nagpur are provided by various state governments and private entities:
i) Chief Minister Fellowship Yojana (CMFY) by the Government of Jharkhand.
ii) Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj Merit Scholarship for SC students by the Government of Maharashtra.
