During IIM Kashipur Placements 2024, the highest, average, and median packages (Maximum Earning Potential) stood at INR 29.86 LPA, INR 15.04 LPA, and INR 15.03 LPA, respectively. Over 190 companies participated, extending 290 offers. Among 282 students, 32 opted out, 1 returned to family business, 21 sought opportunities outside the placement process, and 10 remained unplaced.
Compared to 2023, the average package saw a 17% decline, while the number of offers decreased by 15%. For the MBA Summer Placements (Batch 2022-24), 92 companies visited the campus, and 299 offers were accepted. EY, L&T, and Accenture were among the top recruiters. In contrast, for the 2021-23 batch, the highest stipend stood at INR 3,50,000, while the average stipend was INR 80,764, with a total of 433 offers made.
