IIM Indore Admission 2025

The notification for the CAT exam has been issued. Admit cards will be available starting November 5, 2024, with the exam scheduled for the 4th Sunday of November, which falls on November 24, 2024. Interested candidates can register at @iimcat.ac.in. Results are anticipated to be released in January of the following year.

Updates from IIM Indore:

IIM Indore has welcomed the new batch for the PGP and PGP-HRM programs for the 2024-26 session. The PGP batch consists of 482 students, with only 27.59% being female. In contrast, the PGPHRM program has 33 students, of which 93.94% are female. The provisional admission offers for the EPGP 2024 batch have also been released. For IPM admissions, selection is based on the IPMAT exam. Results for IPMAT 2024 have been declared, and the list of candidates provisionally shortlisted for the Personal Interview has been posted on IIM Indore’s official website.

IIM Indore offers a range of programs, including MBA, Executive MBA, Integrated MBA, PhD, and Executive PhD in various management disciplines. Admission to the PGP and PGP-HRM programs is based on CAT scores, followed by a personal interview, with a cutoff of 90 percentile overall.

In addition to the MBA, IIM Indore provides an Integrated Program in Management at the undergraduate level, which results in a BBA + MBA degree from the institute. Admission to this program is through the IPMAT exam, with a cutoff expected to be around 270-275 for general candidates. Final admission offers are made based on candidates’ performance in interviews and the Aptitude Test.

IIM Indore also offers the PGPMX/PGPWE programs at its Mumbai campus and the GMPE program for working executives. Candidates with a minimum of five years of work experience are eligible for PGPMX, while those with at least three years of experience can apply for GMPE. Admission to PGPMX is determined through the PGPMX Aptitude Test and a personal interview.

At the research level, IIM Indore offers FPM, EFPM, and the newly launched EFPMG programs. Admission to these programs is based on scores from CAT, GRE, GATE, GMAT, or JRF, followed by a personal interview. For the EFPM and EFPMG programs, IIM Indore conducts the RAT exam to facilitate admission.

  • CAT Registration: Interested candidates must register for CAT and also apply to the PGP program of IIM Indore simultaneously.
  • CAT Exam: Applicants need to take the CAT exam conducted at various centers across India.
  • Shortlisting for Personal Interview: Candidates from each category will be shortlisted for the PI based on their CAT scores.
  • Personal Interview: The PI round will be conducted offline in Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Indore, Kolkata, and Mumbai.

IIM Indore employs a three-stage process to select candidates for its MBA program.

IIM Indore Admission: How to Apply for MBA/ MBA-HRM?

  • Interested candidates should visit the official CAT website.

IIM Indore PGPMX Selection Criteria

IIM Indore IPM Selection Criteria

Selection of candidates will be based on their performance in the Aptitude Test (AT) and the subsequent personal interview.

The aptitude test will consist of three sections: Quantitative Ability (MCQ format), Quantitative Ability (Short answer question format), and Verbal Ability (MCQ format).
