IIM Ahmedabad Placements successfully wrapped up the Summer Internship placements for the Class of 2025 in Cluster 1. On the first day of placements, a total of 60 internship offers were extended, with BCG making 22 offers for roles in Management and Consulting. Additionally, Goldman Sachs offered 9 positions in the investment banking and markets sector. Meanwhile, IIM Ahmedabad also completed the Summer Internship placements for the PGP FABM batch of 2023-25, with 45 students securing placements. Among these, the largest number of students, 11 in total, found internships in the Agri Input sector.
The IIM Ahmedabad Placements process in 2023 has concluded, resulting in the placement of 280 students, which includes 8 international offers. This placement drive occurred in two stages. The first stage involved the laterals process, where companies offered mid-level managerial positions to candidates with prior work experience. Notably, the highest package at IIM Ahmedabad saw an impressive 87% increase, reaching INR 1.15 crore, and was offered by Emaar. The IIM Ahmedabad average package also exhibited growth, rising by approximately 4.8% to INR 34.36 lakh per annum. A total of 188 firms from various sectors, such as Technology, Banking, Finance, Consulting, and Analytics, participated in the placement drive. Prominent recruiters for IIM Ahmedabad’s 2023 placements included Emaar, A91 Partners, BCG, PwC, KPMG, HSBC, and more.
Additionally, IIM Ahmedabad Placements has disclosed the PGPX placement report for the class of 2023. Out of 140 eligible students, 10 students chose not to participate in the placements, and 128 students secured placements. The highest package for IIM Ahmedabad PGPX reached INR 1.08 crores, while the IIM Ahmedabad Average Package stood at INR 35.68 lakh per annum.

IIM Ahmedabad Placements has successfully completed its PGP Summer Internship Placements for the year 2024. Among the participating recruiters, BCG emerged as the leading recruiter, extending 22 offers, and a total of 60 job roles were offered. The first cluster of recruiters included renowned names such as BCG, Bain & Company, Accenture, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, HSBC, Goldman Sachs, and more. Mahindra took the lead among recruiters, extending a total of 11 offers. In the second cluster, which comprised 8 cohorts representing various sectors, top recruiters encompassed Aditya Birla Group, Bajaj Group, CK Birla Group, JSW Group, Piramal, Reliance Industries Limited, and others.
Additionally, IIM Ahmedabad has concluded its EPGP Summer Internship Placements for 2024. In Phase 1, involving 60 firms, The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) emerged as the primary employer, offering 28 positions, while Bain and Company came in second place with 23 offers. Phase 2 of the placement drive witnessed participation from around 50 companies, with the Adani Group being the top recruiter with 16 offers. The third phase featured 35 companies, and TCS secured the leading position with 11 offers.
