IIM Ahmedabad achieved 100% placement for the PGP and PGP-FABM batch of 2024. The recruitment drive saw strong participation from multiple sectors, with Accenture (26 offers) and Boston Consulting Group (23 offers) emerging as the top recruiters. Notable growth was observed in Consulting (TCS – 17 offers), Investment Banking (Goldman Sachs – 9 offers), and General Management (Adani – 10 offers). The number of conglomerate job roles increased by 13% compared to the previous year.
Students secured placements across 30 different cohorts, showcasing the diversity of available roles. The process was conducted in two stages to ensure an efficient match between students and recruiters. Additionally, 23 new companies participated in the PGP placements, further broadening job opportunities.
The PGP-FABM batch of 2024 also successfully concluded its placements. Recruiters from Agri-Inputs, Agri-Tech, Consulting, and FMCG sectors offered diverse roles to students. Reliance Industries and Grant Thornton were the top recruiters, followed by Accenture, EY, and Nestlé.
The PGPX program at IIM Ahmedabad successfully concluded its 2024 placements with impressive salary packages. The highest domestic package reached INR 54.80 LPA, while the highest international package stood at USD 126,564. The average salary for domestic students was INR 36.41 LPA, with international students also securing an average of USD 126,564. These results reflect the institute’s strong industry connections and its ability to prepare graduates for high-impact careers.
The PGP Summer Internship Placements 2025 also concluded successfully, with 404 students placed and a 100% internship placement rate. BCG emerged as the top recruiter with 22 offers, while other major recruiters included McKinsey, Bain & Company, Kearney, Goldman Sachs, and HUL.
