Hostel:

Hindustan Institute of Science & Technology has separate hostels for boys and girls with well furnished rooms and modern amenities. The overall atmosphere is very conducive for the students to concentrate on studies. The hostels have well-furnished air-conditioned and regular rooms with attached rest rooms providing the right ambience for the students. State- of – the- art kitchen and spacious dining area has been provided for both the hostels and a customised menu caters to the student’s needs. Hygiene and cleanliness is emphasised in the hostel.

Library:

The Hindustan University Library system consists of a Central Library and Departmental Libraries which collectively support the teaching, research and extension programmes of the Institute. All students, faculty members and employees of the Institute are entitled to use the Library facilities enrolling membership.Besides, the Library has huge collection of books on Engineering, Science and Humanities through its various divisions.

Seminar Halls:

There are six seminar halls which are fully air-conditioned and well equipped for seminars and presentations.

Auditorium

The auditorium apostrophized after the veteran Tamil Actor Mr. M.G. Ramachandran is known as MGR Hall. It covers an area of 15,000 sq.ft. and accommodates over 1500 people. The centralized airconditioned facility is provided with comfortable seating arrangements, good audio systems, facility for digital presentation and provision for screening movies, etc.

Transportation:

The University operates a fleet of 50 buses to all the important city spots for the benefit of students and staff. The services of University buses are utilized for industrial visits, and excursions.
