Heritage Institute of Technology campus is built on the Heritage campus located in Anandapur on the southeastern fringes of Kolkata. Heritage Institute of Technology campus area is spanned over 70 acres of land.

Heritage Institute of Technology campus address is easily accessible as it is just 2 km away from Ruby hospital and the nearest airport is Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport at Dum Dum, Kolkata.

The College has well-equipped as well as spacious Lecturer rooms, Tutorial rooms and Classrooms with overhead projector and modern magnetic ceramic board and Model classrooms with LCD Projectors.

It also has separate tutorial rooms available for special classes. Heritage Institute of Technology has a Central Computer Centre made available to the students for internet surfing and online study.

Alongside, all post-graduate degree awarding departments have separately allotted laboratories for undertaking project, research and development work.

There is a branch of Punjab National Bank located inside the campus with ATM facility in order to provide banking facilities to the students, faculty members and staff. Besides, there is a medical unit is available within the campus and it also has arrangements with the nearby hospitals in case of any emergency.

In addition to that, the institute has an excellent in-house cafeteria with a seating capacity of more than 200 students.  Multi-cuisine lunch and snacks are served in the cafeteria and it is run by a reputed caterer at administered prices. Besides, there is a fast-food restaurant-cum-convenience store inside the campus.

Heritage Institute of Technology hostel facilities is available separately for outstation boys and girls. The hostels have common rooms equipped with indoor games facilities like Table Tennis, Carrom, Chess etc.

Heritage Institute of Technology hostel fees is lesser than that of in other colleges in the region. The institute offers modern sports facilities aimed for the all-round development of the students. The sports facilities offered by the institute include cricket, football, volleyball, basketball, golf and swimming.

These sports activities are managed by a Sports Officer and a Swimming Instructor. Heritage Institute of Technology faculty members are extremely talented and experienced in their respective fields and the amenities are also provided for them.

There are two Heritage Institute of Technology fests, the institute organizes all over the year – Heritage Utsav, the annual cultural fest and Dakshh, annual technical fest.
