GNIOT Institute of Management Studies (GIMS), Greater Noida, commonly known as GNIOT, is affiliated with Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. The institution is approved by AICTE, the Ministry of HRD, and the Government of India. Currently, GNIOT Institute of Management Studies offers a full-time PG Diploma in Management.

• Candidates can apply for courses through offline mode.
• Admission forms can be downloaded from the official website or purchased directly from the institute.
• Candidates are required to appear for CAT/MAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT/ATMA or GIMS Aptitude Test (GAT).
• The eligibility criterion for PGDM is 50% aggregate marks in a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
• Final selection is based on multiple criteria, including the score in the entrance test, performance in Group Discussion, academic background, and Personal Interview.

The PGDM program at GIMS spans two years and follows a trimester system. The first year focuses on core courses, while the second year incorporates elective courses, offering dual specialisation. Pedagogical approaches include lectures, case studies, project work, simulations, and online certification programs from various providers. Group discussions, role-plays, movie screenings, and industrial visits further enhance the learning experience. The fee can be deposited through Demand Draft in favour of “GNIOT Institute of Management Studies” payable at Greater Noida / Noida/ Delhi or through Net Banking as per following details:

• The security deposit of 10,000/- is to be paid at the time of admission and is refundable on completion of the programme/convocation or on termination/withdrawal of admission after submission of No-Dues certificate.
• Hostel is optional for the students and is subject to availability of accommodation.
• Supporting documents required for the education loan will be provided by the institute only.
• Complimentary Laptop & International Immersion Program(IIP) will be provided to every student after obtaining due NOC.

Eligibility

The candidate is expected to have a strong and consistent academic background. Performance in X & XII grade and every year of graduation are considered in the selection process. A candidate may be considered eligible for the PGDM course if he/she has cleared the bachelor degree examination from any recognized Indian university with a minimum of 50% marks (for General category) and a minimum of 45% marks (only for Reserved Category SC/ST) having Indian nationality or as per latest AICTE Guidelines. The latest AICTE guidelines will be followed for inviting applications to the course. Students appearing or waiting for final year examinations can apply for the program on the condition of submitting their final mark-sheet by the 30th of October of the year of admission.

Qualifying Exams and Minimum Percentile/Score Accepted

A candidate can apply to the PGDM course if he/she has cleared or appeared for the following competitive exam as per AICTE requirement – CMAT/CAT/XAT/ MAT/NMAT or GIMS Aptitude Test (GAT). The score of these examinations are to be produced at the time of admission.
