Global Degree Programs

GLS University Ahmedabad offers Global Degree Programs in Business, International Business, IT, and Computer Science. Students complete their first year at GLS University Ahmedabad, and for the next two years, they have the opportunity to study at UTS Australia, LBU UK, or GLS University Ahmedabad. The eligibility requirements for these programs are as follows:

• IELTS (Academic): Overall 6.0, with a minimum of 6.0 in writing
• TOEFL-iBT: 72 overall, with 21 in writing
• Academic English (UTS College): AEL4 with a pass grade
• PTE (Academic): Overall 54, with a minimum of 54 in speaking, listening, reading, and writing |

PhD Admissions 2025

GLS University also offers doctoral programs (PhD) across multiple disciplines. Candidates must have a Master’s or M.Phil. degree with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks (5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD candidates). Selection is based on the GLSU Research Aptitude Test (GReAT), followed by counseling, group discussion (GD), and personal interview (PI). Candidates with UGC NET, UGC-CSIR NET, GATE, CEED, or M.Phil. qualifications are exempt from the entrance test.

Key Points:

✔ SC/ST/SEBC candidates receive a 5% relaxation in aggregate marks.

GLS University Admission Process 2025

GLS University conducts its admissions entirely online. Candidates applying for UG, PG, or PhD programs must follow the step-by-step process outlined below:

1. Registration

• Visit the official website and register using a valid mobile number and email ID.
• Log in with your registered email ID and select your desired program.

2. Application Form Submission

• Complete the online application form at glsuniversity.ac.in.
• Upload the required documents and pay the INR 500 application fee.
• After successful submission, a Unique Application Number (UAN) will be sent to your registered email.

3. Entrance Examination

• Admissions for most courses are merit-based, but certain programs require an entrance test:
  • MBA: CMAT score required.
  • M.Sc (IT): Online test conducted by GLS University.
  • B.Des & Integrated M.Des: University-conducted written test.
  • PhD: GLSU Research Aptitude Test (GReAT) or exemption for candidates with UGC NET/ UGC-CSIR NET/ SLET/ UGC JRF/ GATE scores.
• Entrance test scores are considered for shortlisting candidates.

4. Counseling & Seat Allotment

• Candidates shortlisted based on merit, entrance test scores, and interviews will be invited for counseling and seat allocation.
