Classrooms and Tutorial Rooms

The spacious and well ventilated classrooms in the College assist in the focused and dynamic discussions among the students and the faculty. They have been designed to bring together analysis with action and are augmented with integrated audio–visual teaching aids for lectures, presentations etc. Sturdy Benches and Lecture Stand make the environment inside the classrooms more conducive for learning

Library

The library at Dr. IT Group of Institutes helps the students in increasing their knowledge with almost 8000 books. There are books related to all the subjects related to various courses along with some fiction and non-fiction books too. We have subscription of almost 15, weekly and fortnightly journals and magazines and 10 newspapers.

Seminar Hall

A Seminar Hall with the seating capacity of almost 200 has been built with State-of-the-Art Techniques. It has the latest equipments in the form of mics and speakers. Various seminars and faculty development programs are held in the Seminar Hall for the students as well as the faculty. It is well ventilated and quite spacious which makes it an ideal space for various get togethers.

Computer Labs

The 3 Computer Labs at Dr IT Group of Institutes are installed with latest hardware and software. Students are free to use them for their academic purposes. The labs are well ventilated and lighted, where students can work and build upon new programs and projects.

Workshops

The Engineering Workshops at Dr IT Group of Institutes are well-equipped with all the apparatus required for the practical exposure of the students.

Open Air Theatre

Dr IT Group of Institutes boasts of a clean and green Open Air Theatre in the centre of the campus. It is open for the students to explore their inner potential and talents.

GYM

We, at Dr. IT Group of Institutes emphasize upon mental as well as physical well being. A well equipped Gym on the campus ensures that everyone on the campus is Healthy-Wealthy and Wise!

Cafeteria

A healthy mind can only reside in a healthy body. Hence, the cafeteria has the menu that offers nutritious and wholesome food to ensure a well-balanced diet at nominal rates for the students. Fresh fruit juices, meals, various snacks are available in the cafeteria.

Transport

A fleet of own buses operates to and fro Chandigarh, Patiala, Ambala, Panchkula, Mohali and Dera- Bassi to facilitate students’ journey and thereby ensure punctuality.

Sports Facilities

Dr IT Group of Institutes is well equipped with all the sports facilities for both indoor and outdoor games. Students and faculty members enjoy various sports and freshen up their minds for the new ventures.

Auditorium

There is a huge auditorium with the sitting capacity of approximately 500 persons on the college campus. The seats are very comfortable and the auditorium is air cooled. All the cultural functions like Spardha, Freshers and Farewell are organized here.

Hostel

There is a separate hostel for both boys and girls at Dr. IT Group of Institutes. The hostel rooms are well ventilated with the arrangements of all the amenities in the hostel rooms. The mess in the hostel provides tasty and nutritious food at very nominal charges.
