DoMS IIT Madras Admission Criteria for MBA
To be eligible for the MBA program at DoMS IIT Madras, candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognised university. Additionally, they should have a valid CAT score. Candidates belonging to the reserved categories(SC/ST/PwD/ Defense Personnel) are given a 5% relaxation of marks. Final-year students can also apply. There are a few exceptions to DoMS IIT Madras Admission Criteria: IIT graduates with a CGPA of at least 8 are exempted from CAT scores, defense personnel must apply through government agencies and are also exempted from the CAT score, and company-sponsored candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the sponsoring organisation. For international applicants, a GMAT score is required.
DoMS IIT Madras Admission Criteria for MBA Selection
The process of selecting students for the MBA course at DoMS Madras involves two steps:
Step 1: Shortlisting Process
The shortlisting process takes into account the following parameters:

Applicants are shortlisted based on the total score calculated by the institute. The CAT cutoff for the MBA course is 96 percentile.
Step 2: Final Selection
