DCSE Bangalore Placements

DCSE Bangalore placements are provided to those students who want to be recruited after they graduate. Placement activities are generally handled by the Training and Placement Office of the institute. They are responsible for contacting interested companies and inviting them to the institute to recruit their students.

They make a list of all the interested candidates and register them. The students are evaluated and checked whether they possess the skills required for the job roles the companies are offering.

The placement cell also provides internships, which are included in the curriculum to give some exposure to the students about the industry. The students are most likely to acquire pre-placement offers from internships even before campusing.

Pre-placement talks are conducted by them to train the students for the industry. The placement cell and the company mutually set up a date and the campusing starts.

According to the batch report of 2018-19, DSCE Bangalore was able to successfully place 2,258 of its students from all the departments. A total number of 100 companies visited the campus for the placement activities.

The institute has signed MoUs with many international organizations, which help the students get some global exposure. The highest number of students were recruited by Accenture. They were closely followed by Infosys who recruited 253 students from the institute.

The highest salary package offered to the students were 15 lakhs per annum while the average salary package came close to 5 lakhs per annum.

Even in the previous year, some 1,500 students were placed with the efforts from the Placement Cell. Some of the popular recruiters of the college are Wipro, HDFC, Dell, Nokia, McAfee, Philips, HSBC, Paytm etc.
